Cocktail Recipes
Suggested Spirits:
Tequila or Mezcal
Ingredients:
2 oz infused Spicy Margarita mix
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz agave syrup
Optional: 1 egg white
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice
2. Shake for 10-15 seconds
3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice
Make it Fancy (Optional):
- Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel
- Coat the glass rim with tajin or smoked paprika salt
Suggested Spirits:
Whiskey or Rum
Ingredients:
2 oz Lavender Lemonade infusion
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz honey syrup
Soda water or sparkling wine
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice
2. Shake for 10-15 seconds
3. Strain into a collins glass filled with ice
4. Top with soda water or sparkling wine
Make it Fancy (Optional):
- Garnish with a lemon wheel or mint sprig
- Coat the glass rim with sugar

3 ripe strawberries
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
Soda water
Instructions:
- Muddle 3 strawberries in a collins glass with simple syrup and lemon juice
- Fill glass with ice (crushed or cubed)
- Pour 2 oz of infused Apple Berry mix into the glass
- Top with soda water or sparkling wine and stir to blend ingredients

- Garnish with a mint sprig or strawberry fan
