Do you have an order minimum for group gifting?
Yes, we require a purchase of 5 cocktail kits to qualify for group gifting discount rates.
Standard orders require two week's notice. In special instances, we can fulfill a rush order within one week's notice.
If you have missed the deadline, don’t worry–– contact Support and we'll do our best to accommodate.
When do I need to place my group gifting order?
To help with coordinating expected delivery for group gifting orders shipping to multiple locations, here are our estimated delivery timelines based on location:
- Orders shipping domestically (continental US) typically take between 3-7 days.
- Orders shipping internationally or to Hawaii and Alaska typically take anywhere from 7-16 days.

Can you accommodate a large order for an event at a single address?
We would be happy to accommodate a large group order that ships to a single address. Please contact our support team with more information regarding the details of your order.
How do you ship and how much is shipping?
Group gift orders are shipped Monday-Wednesday for estimated delivery in 2-3 business days after fulfillment. The rate provided in your invoice is the lowest possible rate.
How can I track my orders?
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, we will provide you with tracking numbers for each recipient.
